[CoF6]-3 has octahedral geometry.

According to ligand-field model. It is assumes that the 3d, 4s and 4p orbitals on the co metal overlap with one orbital (which have same symmetry on each at the six ligands to form total of 15 molecular orbitals.)

Six at these orbitals are bonding molecular orbitals, whose energies are much lower than those of original atomic orbitals. Another six are antibonding molecular orbital, whose energy greater than the original atomic orbitals. And There are non bonding molecular orbitals because they have same energy as 3d atomic orbitals on the Co+3 metal.
