Steps of rDNA : Isolation of DNA from firefly

Cut it with restriction enzyme and by using probe take out desired gene after doing electrophoresis 

According to size of desired DNA select vector  

Insert vector in appropriate host cell

Co-cultivation of host with explants 

Transfer the explants with desired gene in culture medium
