Precautions while storing milk and milk products
1. Should be properly boiled and cooled before storing in refrigerator
2. Do not mix old milk with fresh milk
3. It should be covered
4. Milk products such as curd, cream and paneer should be stored in cool place
5. Butter should be stored preferably in refrigerator
