Much was done about nothing. Patol Babu was just to utter one word “Oh!” in the whole scene. It was not even a complete word. It was just a sound. He felt a sudden throbbing in his head. He felt that those people were trying to pull his leg. The whole business of shooting seemed to be a big hoax. They were dragging a meek and harmless person into the middle of the city only to make a laughing stock of him. Their act was cruel and inhuman.
