Simplify:

(a + b + c)2 - (a - b + c)2

(a + b + c)2 - (a - b + c)2

 = (a2 + b2+c2 + 2ab + 2bc + 2ac) - (a2 + b2 + c2 - 2ab - 2bc + 2ac)

 = 4ab + 4bc

= 4(a + c)b
