To draw line x + 3y = 6, we have

x 0 6 3 -3
y 2 0 1 3

To draw line 2x - 3y = 12, we have

x 0 6 3 -3
y -4 0 -2 -6

Both lines intersect at point (6, 0).
Hence, the solution of given system of equations is x = 6, y = 0.
