Surface charge density = \(\frac{q}{A}\)

\(\frac{q}{4\pi R^2}\)

\(\frac{6}{4\pi\times(0.5)^2}\)

= \(\frac{6}{\pi}\,\mu c/m^2\)

Options are incorrect.
