Explanation:

Na+ ions are not reduced at cathode and SO2-4 - ions are not oxidized at anode

Cathode: 2H2(l)  O2 (g) + 4H+ (aq) + 4e 

Anode: 2H2O(l) + 2e  H2(g) + 2OH(aq)
