This is look like 

Then C1 = 5 + 5 = 10 μF

C2 = 5 + 5 10 μF

C3 = 5 μF

Then

\(\frac1C=\frac1{C_1}+\frac1{C_2}+\frac1{C_3}\) 

\(\frac1C=\frac1{10}+\frac1{10}+\frac15\) 

\(\frac1C=\frac{1+1+2}{10}\) 

\(\frac1C=\frac4{10}\) 

C = 2.5 μF
