\(4x^2 + 7x + 2 = 0 \)  

\(x = {-7 \pm \sqrt{7^2-4.4.2} \over 2.4}\)

\(x = {-7 \pm \sqrt{49- 32} \over 8}\)

\(x = \frac{-7 ± √17}{8} \)
