    2x+3y-6=0

       a=2 ,    b=3 ,      c=-6

And

   14x+21y-42=0

      a=14 ,     b=21 ,   c=-42

a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

2/14=3/21=-6/-42

1/7=1/7=1/7

  Hence ,the pair of linear equation is parallel and they will not intersect at any point.
