Correct answer is 8.00

Given, 

(11)1011 + (1011)11

⇒ (9 + 2)1011 + (1008 + 3)11

 ⇒ 9 integer + 21011 + 9 integer + 311

⇒ (23)337 + 3(32)5

⇒ (9 -1)337

⇒ 9 integer - 1

⇒ 9 integer - 1 - 8 + 8

∴ Remainder will be 8.
