Correct option: (D) 3%

Explanation:

KE = Kinetic energy = (1/2) mv2 

as P = mv

V = (P/m)

hence KE = (1/2)m × (P2 / m2)

KE = {P2 / 2m}

KE ∝ P2 i.e. K ∝ P2 

(dK / K) = 2(dP / P)

Given (dP / P) = 1.5%

(dK / K) = 3%
