The geometry of the given complexes as

[Ni(CN)2]-2 → square planer

[Ni(Cl)4]2- → tetrahedral.

[Ni(H2O)6] → octahedral.

As we know ,

CN- is strong filed ligand . than H2O and the spilling of octahedral and square plane complex are grater than tetrahdral complexes

∴ the order of splitting energy will be -

[Ni(CN)4]-2 > [Ni(H2O)6] > [Ni Cl4]-2

∴ order of there intersities - will be

[NiCl4]-2 > [Ni(H2O)6] > [Ni (CN)]-2

(intensities x 1/splitting energy)
