The correct option is (D) 40 MHz.

Explanation:

Maximum usable frequency = MUF = fc sec θ 

Here fc = 20 × 106 Hz 

θ = 60° 

∴ MUF = [(20 × 106) / (cos 60)] = 40 MHz
