The correct option is (B) (3/4) m.

Explanation:

minimum antenna length = (λ/4) (1) 

As c = fλ i.e. λ = (c/f) 

Hence λ = [(3 × 108) / (100 × 106)] = 3 m 

∴ from (1), minimum antenna length = (λ/4) = (3/4) m
