i. Bhaja – Anything deep fried with or without coating with a batter – brinjals, vegetables or even fish.
ii. Chingri malai curry – Small sized prawn are stewed in a gravy made with boiled onion pasted and coconut milk
iii. Doi mach – Fish is stewed in a yoghurt-based gravy
