Which of the following undergoes hydrolysis by \( S_{N} 1 \) mechanism:

1) \( CH _{3} CH _{2} CH _{2} CH _{2} Cl \)

2) \( CH _{3} CH _{2} CH _{2} Cl \)

3) \( CH _{3}- O - CH _{2} Cl \)

\(CH_3 - O - CH_2 - Cl\) will undergoes fast hydrolysis by SN1 mechanism. Because Carbocation Intermediate formed by SN1 mechanism is very stable. It is stabilized by lone pair of oxygen. Due to this, rate of formation of carbocation is very fast in \(CH_3 - O - CH_2 - Cl\).
