The condition of skilled workers who are available for paid employment but suffer a lack of job opportunities is called work. The unemployed people are mainly fresher. This setback leaves the person in a severe dilemma from which the recovery becomes difficult.
Several factors cause unemployment, but one of the significant drawbacks is treating the workforce unequally. The workload will be high for these laborers, but they will be paid unfairly low. This is illegal plus they have been unjustified.
