Best answer

The correct (B) 39.6 Å.

Explanation:

Proton falls freely under gravity Vo = 0

as  V = Vo + at

∴ V = gt

momentum = P = mp V = mp gt

λ = (h/P) = {h / (mp gt)}

∴ λ = [{6.625 × 10–34} / {1.67 × 10–27 × 10 × 10}]

λ = 3.96 × 10–19 m

λ = 39.6 Å
