The correct option is  (B) 2.06 eV.

Explanation:

E = hf = (hc / λ) = {(6.62 × 10–34 × 3 × 108) / (6 × 10–7)} = 3.31 ×10–19 J

∴ E in eV is {(3.31 × 10–19) / (1.6 × 10–19)} = 2.06 eV
