Correct option is (d) 2y = -x - 4

y = mx + a

-3 = -1/2(2) + a

-3 = -1 + a

a = -3 + 1

a = -2

y = -1/2 x + (-2)

Multiply both sides by 2; you can get the answer:

2y = -x - 4
