Human body needs various elements to stay healthy. Some of the examples are cobalt, phosphorus, zinc, iron, potassium and many more. Cobalt is a chemical element and is found in earth's crust only. After calcium, the element which is found in abundance in human body is phosphorus which is a component of bones, teeth, DNA and RNA. Zinc is a mineral that a human body needs. But Zinc is needed in small amount in human body and it is found in meat and fish.
