When 0.7 L of Hydrogen at 0.8 bar and 1.5 L of Oxygen at 0.6 bar are introduced in a 1 L vessel at 25°C, the total pressure of the gas mixture is _________ .

Correct option: (c) 1.46 bar

Explanation: 

For Hydrogen gas 

Given, Pressure = 0.8 bar, Volume = 0.7 l 

For Oxygen gas 

Given Pressure = 0.6 bar, Volume = 1.5 l 

Now, given total volume of gaseous mixture is 1 l at 25°C 

Let total pressure = PT 

So by using ideal gas equation
