Fair conductors are the materials, which have less conductivity than that of semiconductor. Fair conductor gives more opposition to the flow of free electrons than that of semiconductors.

Examples for fair conductors are 

a. Charcoal 

b. Coke 

c. Carbon 

d. Plumbago
