(i) The formation of micelles takes place only above a particular temperature called Kraft 

Temperature 

(ii) The formation of micelles takes place only above a particular concentration called Critical Micelles Concentration ( CMC) 

(iii) When colloidal solution are observed under a powereful microscope, the colloidal particles are always in zig-zag, rapid motion. This is known as Brownian Motion.
