You are Manish/Madhuri staying at 53, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Last summer, you bought a colour television from the ‘Clear Vision’ of Hyderabad, with a warranty of 2 years. Now you discover that the picture gets blurred every now and then. Even the sound has become defective. Write a letter to the dealer complaining about the problem and requesting him to get the defect rectified. Also request him to replace it, if needed against the warranty that goes with it. The Sales Manager,

‘Clear Vision’,

Hyderabad.

Subject: Complaint of faulty display of LED TV.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased an Awesome LED TV of 40 inches on 15th December, 2017. It has been only two months since I purchased the TV. Suddenly there have been faults regarding the display of the TV. The picture gets blurred every now and then. Even the sound has become defective. It was purchased with a warranty of 2 years. The TV gave a trouble-free service only for one month. And now it has become a great irritant in the house. It doesn’t give a satisfactory reception. Sometimes, the images overlap one another. The impression is rather hazy and lacks depth and clarity.

I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the product from your company. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly. I expect to receive a replacement TV or have my current TV repaired but only if it could be fixed within a day.

I look forward to hearing back from you immediately.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

Manish/Madhuri
