Rate of cooling is directly proportional to the surface area. Here mass is same for cube , sphere and plate and all are made up of same material hence volume is same . 
For same volume surface area of  plate >cube >sphere.
Rate of cooling is maximum in plate and minimum in sphere.

So, plate will cool first
