The correct option is (c).

Explanation:

Given mass = 80 kg

Weight = 80 g ( Since mass is not a vector, we have to consider a vector) (g is gravitational acceleration)

Let the weight vector be w = 80 g

Gravitational force is pulling it downwards which it is constrained by the equal and opposite force of the resultant tension of the wire acting in upward direction.

WB = 80 g

T1 = WB cos 30o = 80 g x √3/2 = 40√3 g

T2 = WB cos 60= 80 g x 1/2 = 40 g

T1/T2 = 40√3 g/ 40 g = √3/1 = √3 : 1
