Write any two conditions when Ohm's law fails.

It states that the current through any two points of the conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference applied across the conductor provided that the physical conditions remains constant.

1.Ohms law fails to explain the behaviour of semi conductor devices and unilateral devices such as diodes, Transistors etc. 

2. If the physical conditions such as temperature or pressure are not kept constant (or not in proper range) then ohms law may not give expected results.
