I think option (B) SOUTH  will be correct

Given V_A- V_B => v ( NE)

So V_B- V_A => v ( SW)  ....(1)

Again given

V_B- V_C => v ( NW)

So V_C- V_B => v ( SE)  ....(2)

Adding (1) and (2)

V_C- V_A => v ( SW) + v (SE)

Cancelling Opposite components (E and W) we get that C will be moving toward SOUTH as seen by A
