(b) Assertion is correct, reason is correct; reason is not a correct explanation for assertion
(c) Assertion is correct, reason is incorrect
(d) Assertion is incorrect, reason is correct.

Assertion : A lens, whose radii of curvature are different, is forming the image of an object placed on its axis. If the lens is reversed, the position of the image will not change.
Reason : The focal length of a lens is given by 1/f =μ (1/R1 -1/R2) and so focal length in both the cases is same
