Continuity Eq.: m2 = m1 ;

Energy Eq. E2 - E1 = 1Q2 ; (1W2ϕ)

Process equation gives no displacement: 1w2 = 0 ;

The energy equation then gives the heat transfer as

1q2 = u2 - u1 = 1485.83 – 748.84 = 737 kJ/kg
