Find the co-ordinates of a point dividing the line segment joining the points (2,3) and (5,-7) Internally in the ratio 3:4.

Let

 A(X1'Y1) = (2,3)     

B(X2'Y2) = (5,-7) 

and  m:n = 3:4

By internal section formula, 

co-ordinates of point P are given by
