Correct option  (a) 201

Explanation:

(x3 + 1/x3 + 1)100 = C0 + C1 (x3 + 1/x3) + C2(x3 + 1/x3)2 + C100(x3 + 1/x3)100

gives terms of x3 , x6 , ..........x300 , 1/x3 ,1/x6 ,.......... 1/x300 and a constant term 

∴  201 terms
