Correct option is (c)

Explanation:

We know that,

[(A ∪ B) ∩ C]′ = (A ∪ B)′ ∪ C′ = (A′ ∩ B′) ∪ C′ 

= A′ ∩ B′ ∪ C′  (by De-Morgan’s law)
