In presence of air the equilibrium is shiffted in the forward direction according to the following reactions. 

Ag2S + 4NaCN ⇄ 2Na[Ag(CN)2] + Na2S ; 4Na2S + 5O2 + 2H2O → 2Na2SO4 + 4NaOH + 2S ↓

Na2S is converted to Na2SO4 and sulphur.
