For Transformer the turn's ratio is given as N1/N2=4:1.

The voltage of the primary winding is V1 = 115 Vrms.

We know that

RMS Voltage Equation

RMS Voltage Formula

The peak secondary voltage is given by

V2 = N2V1/N1

=1/4 x 115/0.707

= 40.6647

or = 40.67 V
