Equillibrium constant (Kc) depends on the concentration of reactants and products.

Now, At Equilibrium

We will have 1/3 mole of Acctic Acid and 1/3 mole of Ethanol and 2/3 mole of water and 2/3 mole of Ethyl-acetate. Because in esterification reaction, the reaction produces 1 mole of water when 1 mole of ethyl-acetate is formed.
