Digestion of fats in our body :
(1) Fats are the complex molecules which are digested in alimentary track and finally become fatty acids and glycerols.
(2) Bile juice and lipase enzymes are helps in fat digestion.
(3) Bile juice is secreted by liver, which helps in emulsification of fats.
(4) Lipase enzyme is secreted by pancreas which act on fats and convert as fatty acids and glycerol.
