Young's Modulus = 2 x Rigidity Modulus x ( 1 + Poisson's Ratio )

given, Young's Modulus = 2.4 x Rigidity Modulus

2.4 = 2 x ( 1 + Poisson's Ratio )

1.2 = 1 + Poisson's Ratio

Poisson's Ratio = 0.2
