Correct option  (B) r = R/2

r = 4RsinA/2.sinB/2.sinC/2

For an equilateral triangle, A = B = C = 60°. Therefore

r = 4Rsin30°.sin30°.sin30° = 4R.1/2.1/2.1/2 = R/2
