Write the dimensions of 'a' and 'b' in the relation p = b - x2,/at where 'p' is power, x is the distance, and t is time.

 P = b - x2/at

As x2 is subtracted from b therefore, the dimensions of 'b' are of x2, i.e. b = [L2].

We can rewrite relation (i) as p = L2/at
