Statement 1: Then m2 − 2m is divisible by 24. because

Correct option  (A) Statement-1 is True, Statement-2 is True; Statement-2 is a correct explanation for Statement-1.

m2 − 2m = (n2 − n) 2 − 2(n2 − n)

= (n − 1)n(n + 1)(n − 2)
