Best answer

(a) Non-inertial, because the giant wheel has acceleration motion.

(b) Inertial frame, because the speed is uniform in a straight line.

(c) Non-inertial, because the aeroplane accelerates while taking off.

(d) Non-inertial, because the cyclist has now accelerated motion.

(e) Non-inertial, because the train is retarding.
