A=-2i+7j and B= 3i-j,

cross product is as follows :

           i         j        k

          -2       7        0

           3       -1       0

so by using the formula of determinant , we get

R= [0-(-1)]i - [0-3]j + [2-21]k

   = i+3j-19k
