Butter is mainly composed of fat. Fat is digested by lipases.

Falts + Lipses → Diglycerides → Monoglycerides

Di and monoglycerides are then digested into fatty acids and glycerol.

Di and monogycerdes + Lipases→ Fatty acids + Glycerol.
