Best answer

pV = {2.9 g}/{M} x R x 368 K

Also pV = {0.184 g}/{2 g/mol} x R x 290 K

From these equations, we can write

{2.9 g}/{M} x R x 368 K = {0.184 g}/{2 g/mol} x R x 290 K

or, M = {2.9 g x 2 g/mol x R x 368 K}/{0.184 g x R x 290 K}

= 40 g/mol
