Best answer

The length of the screen used portion for 15 fringes, and also for ten fringes

15 x 500 x (D/λ) = 10 x (λD/λ)

15 × 50 = λ

λ = 750 nm

15 × 500 × (D/d) = 10 × λ2 × (D/d)

λ2 = 15 × 50 nm

λ2 = 750 nm
