Best answer

(i) A ∪ (A ∩ B) = (A ∪ A) ∩ (A ∪ B)

∵ distributive law = A ∩ (A ∪ B) = A

(ii) A ∩ (A ∪ B) = (A ∩ A) ∪ (A ∩ B)

∵ distributive law = A ∪ (A ∩ B) = A.
